Competency Development uses activities, exercises and games to help your business distinguish between high, average, and low competency areas. While indirectly facilitating candidates during hands-on experience BDS helps develop competencies.
Departmental Development focuses on specific departments that are looking to increase performance areas, and distinguish between high, and low performance leaders or personnel to help increase efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
Executive Development Program: focuses on specific problematic areas for the executive or middle management in any organization. As a pre-customized course we focus on refining ability to plan strategically, coordinate with team members efficiently, enhance internal customer satisfaction, instill techniques to motivate and increase unity, understanding core concepts in change and conflict management. IJC has a partnership with Dal Private Training Institute established earlier in 2017 and performed a lot of training sessions and consultations with many governmental and private organizations within the State of Kuwait and outside.
